A bit about me:
I started strength training in
1993 just to improve my general health and get toned. I had always been active,
riding horses, but did not have any real muscle tone (except in my legs). I noticed
a really quick improvement, in about one month! That got me going. I was a beginner and had no experience in the gym, so I relied on my friends to steer me in the right direction.
In
1996 I met Doug Cancel, a competitive bodybuilder. I was with Doug for 7 years,
and during those years, he helped train and prepare me for 7 competitions, two of which were National Level competitions .
My
inspirations were the ladies I met during competition, and my good, good friends: Molly Welch, a retired National Level Competitor,
Brenda Williams, and Shelly Fields, a National Level Competitor.

Workout days/body parts:
PRECONTEST
TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Mon: Calves & Back
Tues: Abs & Hamstrings
Wed: Calves &
Chest
Thur: Abs &
Shoulders
Fri: Bis & Tris
Sat: Quads & Gluts
During the off season, my training
varies.. I only workout 3-4 days/week and combine body parts.
