A bit about me:
I started out competing in fitness, but i really liked the muscle I was adding so i switched to bodybuilding and went
for it.
I still play Vollyball competitivly. I hope that bodybuilding will not interfere, but i am prepared to do whatever it
takes to reach the top.
After taking some time off for Volleyball, fitness modeling, and just giving my body a rest, I am back and better than
ever. I will hit the stage in October to requalify for Nationals and you will see much more of me next year.
I am active in personal training; nutrition counseling; Strength training for professional, college, highschool, and elite
athletes; Hip and fun Posing routines for Male and Female bodybuilders; and fitness/nutrition seminars. Please contact me
