A bit about me:

Well, where do i begin. I started training because i was overweight as a kid and was being bullied all the time. So one day got sick of it al and started a diet of only cereal. I noticed i was losing weight but lacked something else. Joined a gym and lets just say the rest is history.

How did i get involved in the world of bodybuilding:

Well the furthest i can remember was when i was 15, i was in a paper shop and was looking at comics as all boys that age do. Then next to one comic was a magazine "Ironman". I remember on the cover there was a female bodybuilder. I just found myself staring at that cover and thinking "wow".

I went home and no matter what i did i could not stop thinking about that cover. I ended up going back and buying it. The cover was a picture of Shelly Beattie.

Ever since then i have spoken to many female lifters and hear about the comments they get (negative). Also how the mens side is so much bigger than the female side. Also i notice so much ignorance towards a woman with muscle.

So i thought "Since so many women are being put down and others not lifting weights in fear of what their piers may think, lets do something to get educate the ignorance". So here is the site.

Lets just hope that people can open their minds and hearts to actually realise how hard you ladies work and train, That dedication is not to be ignored, but apriciated.
