A bit about me:

I started body building in february 1996 after doing a little upper body work when i had gotten into Gladiators as a challenger. My legs had always been strong from my acrobatics and competitive aerobics but wanted some more strength in my arms and chest.

Body building has always been a sport i have been interested in and i think the idea came to fruition after seeing Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2, doing chin ups off the hospital bunkbeds.

Workout days/body parts:

Monday: Quads and Hamstrings

Tuesday: Shoulders and calves

Wednesday: Back and biceps

Thursday: chest and triceps

Sometimes i will train arms seperately on friday if time allows
