A bit about me:

I was 19 years old when I first stepped into Broadwater Athletic Club in Helena, Montana. I was hooked on lifting from day one. I loved the feel and the fast results I got.

I was a skinny little thing then and I wanted more shape…it was never enough! It started off as a nice little hobby for me, then I was encouraged to compete…whew, that really got me wanting to do more. In my many years in several different gyms I see so many people wanting it all now.

If there’s any advice I could give that I would have done different it would be….hire someone with EXPERIENCE to show you how to come up with a workout plan that suits you. This will save you a lot of time, don’t take constructive criticism personally, also be PATIENT, PERSISTANT and PASSIONATE.

Workout days/body parts:

Off season I do 3 on 1 off.
Back, Quads, Arms, off, Chest, Hams, Shoulders, off….I alternate calves and abs for each workout.

Pre-Contest 5 on 2 off.
Back, Quads, Chest, Hams/triceps, Shoulders/biceps, off, off

Past achievements:

I’ve been competing since 1990, in Montana, Washington, Oregon, California and Nevada. In 2004, my most accomplished year I won a local show here in Fresno, then I won the California State Championships, then I took 4th at the USA all within 5 months after a 4 year layoff. I feel great about my come back. I will now focus on the USA for 2005.
