A bit about me:

I got started in bodybuilding after a long rehab from a car accident, I was hit by a drunk driver at a red stop light going 45 miles an hour.I was with two friends and I happen to be injured the most out of the three of us, perhaps that gave me the most motivation to recover.

I knew alot about bodybuilding and diet from a relationship I had years ago an old Boy friend was a competitive Body Builder back in the early 1990's. After a years time of training all out my friends and I would go to local NPC  bodybuilding shows and my friends would say "oh you could have won this show",of course I thought they were nuts but I agreed to do a show a year later if I had grown as much as the 1st year.

One year later almost to the day I did my first show as a light weight at 116 Ibs ripped it was crazy, I won my class and the over all ( Miss NPC AZ. 2000) From that show I went on the the( USA 2000 6th place light weight) 3rd show (borderstates Cali NPC 2000 middle weight 1st place) 4th show dropped do to food posining placed 12th I think Nationals in NYC) From then on I have done 2 shows a year NPC USA and NPC Nationals. (USA 2001--5th place very bad call)(USA 2002 -6th place bad call) ( USA 2003-5th place) (USA 2004--4th place really wonder what happened on that judging) on Nationals I'm lucky to make the top 15th and I do but Judges seem not to like me at that show so this year 2004 I'm skipping it and concentrating on body parts I think I need to improve on.

I'll be back at the USA's 2005 God will and I'm thinking of doing Masters Nats.2005 also the North American. I plan on traveling alot this year so be looking for dates and states on both my web sites www.MuscleDreams.com and www.TriciaTravis.com  plus join my yahoo group musclekittens...Thanks for the support WE female bodybuilders need all the help we can get :) Kitten xo
