A bit about me:
After running track for University of Houston it was brought to my attention I should get into fitness
(because I had the body for it) when I graduated but I didnt want to do the diet. In 2000 I stopped training for the Olympics
because I got frustrated w/ my results and took the yr off. When I got back into working out I used the Body For Life by Bill
Phillips workout and liked what I saw. Plus in the community center (Fonde) I was working out @ there were pics of Lendy Murray.
I told myself I can do it I just need a diet so I went out and got all the fitness mag @ Borders but
realized those diets were for those people. So I called Prince Harrison of Optimum Fitness who is a bodybuilding show promotor
who introduced me to his backstage manager Marti Reeder. She gave me a trainer's name (Jason Bard- a NPC national competitor)
and I met him and we have been working together since April 2003.

Workout days/body parts:
Tuesday- Quads
Thursday- powerlifting chest workout and deadlifts
Friday- arms and back
Saturday- Delts, hams and calves.
