A bit about me:

I got started when I was dating a bodybuilder.  I originally got into training just to get in shape.  Then one day, someone told me that no girl should be a bodybuilder, and that was all I needed to challenge me to get as lean and as hard as possible…

Workout days/body parts: That is my secret! But I will say I train 4 to 5 days a week.

Past achievements:

First competition – 5th place middleweight – 2000

Second competition – 1st place heavyweight – 2003

Third competition – 1st place middleweight -2003 (Miss Illinois)

Project Manager of an Electrical Contracting company before I turn 30
