A bit about me:

I was a competitive swimmer in high school, and a college cheerleader, so I have always stayed in shape through some type of training, but I got serious with lifting when I met my now husband Kramer.

He owns a gym, and it seems that we would always end up at the gym no matter where we had been on a date.  I figured that I might as well lift since I found myself at the gym so often.

I got serious about powerlifting when I went and watched Kramer compete.  I noticed that my strength was equal to the girls that were competing, and I wasnt really even training that hard.  After a successful career in powerlifting, I decided to give bodybuilding a try also.  So far, so good!!

Workout days/body parts:

I pretty much train on a power lifting type routine, even when I am bodybuilding I just reduce the weight and increase the number of reps when I am in bodybuilding mode.  A normal workout for me would be a 5-day routine:

Day one:

Legs (Squat day!!!!)

Day two:

Biceps, calves, and abs

Day three:

Chest and triceps (Bench Day!)

Day four:

Delts, calves, and abs

Day five:

Back and hamstrings (Heavy Deadlift Day!  YIPEEEEE!!)

Past achievements:

·        1997 APA Nationals (181 lb class and over all best lifter)
