A bit about me:
I did gymnastics when i was a girl and joined a gym in 2000,
to tone up a bit. I started lifting weights and my body responded rapidly. Someone suggested I could combine the two and compete
in Fitness.
Since then I have never looked back! I love to see my muscles growing and a new shape developing. I went from
hating my 'fat' thighs to loving my sweeping quads! I love looking 'more than ordinary' and being stronger than the average
girl.
Workout days/body
parts:
I usually train on a 2
days on, 1 day off pattern, although its not set in stone. I usually do the following split:
1) chest
2)back/bis
3)legs calves
4) shoulders
/tris
although it is not unusual for me to switch combinations around

Past achievements:
I won the first
competition I ever entered (2004 EFBB south east), won the Nabba England 2004 and UKBFF Great Britain in 2005
