A bit about me:
Love the look of a powerful
muscular female body – nothing is as sexy!
Always had the desire to
compete - it is the driving factor behind my training and now with powerlifting
I can really compete against my own personal best’s and have them recorded.

and coaching…
For Powerlifting:
Squat , benchpress and
deadlifts are all trained on separate day with at least one recovery day between these 3 core exercises. In between I will train minor body parts such as shoulders, biceps, triceps, calves, abs etc…
My bodybuilding
training will follow my powerlifting – ie after squats (and specific glute work)
I will do leg press and leg extention. After benching (and specific work for rear delts) I will do dumbell press (flat and incline)
