A bit about me:
How i began, dunno all i can say my mind was always in this type of fantasy..But my main encourager was watching the Rocky
movies.. Sylvestor Stallone.
I did modern dance at a young age, and i was hitting the weights at a young age. Bodybuilding was brought my way when i joined
my first gym Better Builds Gym ran by Byron Beebee...It all began there at the age of 15. The thing is, in that small town
gym there was so much belief and encouraging going on. No one losed. It started off being on the powerlifting team. I learned
all the lifts so my frame just went with the build. I always read all the muscle mags learned about dieting and having pactience
ect.
I didnt ever lose pactience for i was gaining in powerlifting then when Mark Crawford approached me about dieting for a show,
then hell i was going thru another great change and I just ran with it ever since i never stopped.
