A bit about me:
I am a champion athlete and am a dedicated to my passion of training. I am all natural and have worked very hard to achieve
these results.
I believe in myself and the person I will become. Dreams
come true for those willing to wait for the reality of
the dream to come true.
I started wrestling in high school and lifting and through great genetics and hard work. I figured out I was stronger than
the average girl. So I kept training and was even on the wrestling team in school. I just remember my family telling me that
I should something with my strength and so I did just that and became a champion athlete and even broke some records. My strength
and size and sensuality are
what make me different and being all natural as well.
I will amaze you with my strength and size as I am one
of a kind. Be true to yourself and just believe is my
motto.
Workout days/bodyparts:
I work out 5 days a week. I am training to gain size right now and working on loosing over developed abs. So i train on Sundays
biceps and back and also do 2 hours on the treadmill with 1 hour swimming.
Mondays I train chest and triceps and abs and do my one hour of cardio and swim.
Tuesdays I do legs and shoulders and forearms and 2 hours of cardio on elipitcal trainer and one hour swimming.
I take Wednesdays off as well as saturdays. So I have the split right.I change my exercises and workout every two
weeks for diversity and to shock my muscles so they
grow and develop well.
